- Create diagrams, screenshots, and other visual aids to enhance documentation.
- Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect software changes and updates. This means meticulous version control.

- Adhere to company style guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Meet project deadlines and manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
The Kind of Background That Will Help You Succeed:
- A history of technical writing, especially in the software space.
- Mastery of documentation tools like MadCap Flare, or willingness to learn them.
- Proficiency in creating diagrams, screenshots, and other visual aids.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to converse and obtain insights from programmers and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and work under pressure.
- Deep familiarity with software development lifecycles.
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, or a related field, but a portfolio of great technical content trumps formal credentials.
